Closest landmark: Both museums stand along the Paseo del Prado art axis near Atocha station, about a ten-minute walk apart at either end of the boulevard.
The Prado sits between the Puerta de Goya and Puerta de Jerónimos entrances on Calle Felipe IV, while the Reina Sofia rises beside Atocha station at the southern end of the same axis. With the Thyssen-Bornemisza between them, the three form Madrid's Golden Triangle of Art, easy to combine on foot in a single day.
